The Guest Services department at the Omaha Civic Auditorium strives to provide exceptional service to all our guests, including those guests with disabilities and special needs.
The Omaha Civic Auditorium recognizes the needs of those with disabilities and has met or exceeded the requirements of compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The Omaha Civic Auditorium provides a full range of accommodations for guests with disabilities to ensure their safety, comfort and enjoyment of all our events. The sections below highlight our services that the Omaha Civic Auditorium provides.
Our Guest Services department provides complimentary wheelchair escorts to guests when requested on a first come, first served basis. Escorts can be available at any entrance or guests may make advance arrangements by contacting the Omaha Civic Auditorium at 402.444.3353 or by emailing email@example.com. Guests will be met at the entrance by a wheelchair attendant and escorted to their seat location. Please be aware that our staff will not remain with you during the event, nor will they allow you to remain in the wheelchair for the duration of the event. Please note that during Omaha Music Hall, Exhibit Hall and Mancuso Hall events; wheelchair escorts may not be offered.
For guests who wish to transfer to a seat from their wheelchair, we have the ability to store your wheelchair. Our staff will make arrangements to return the wheelchair to you at the end of the event, or any other time you would prefer. Please find any staff member who can assist you in storing your wheelchair.
The Omaha Civic Auditorium Arena and the Omaha Music Hall has reserved seating for guests throughout the facility. The Omaha Civic Auditorium Arena and the Omaha Music Hall provides companion seating in a variety of price ranges for each seat reserved for a guest with a disability. All seats for guests with limited mobility have been selected to allow convenient entry and exit, as well as for accessibility to restrooms and concession stands. Accessible seating is available through Ticketmaster and the CenturyLink Center Omaha Box Office. When ordering accessible tickets, it is important to indicate that you require accessible seating so we can properly seat you. The Omaha Civic Auditorium Box Office is only open during events. The CenturyLink Center Omaha Box Office sells accessible seating for all Omaha Civic Auditorium events. Accessible parking is available in the connecting parking garage and surrounding surface lots. These spaces, including van-accessible spaces, are designated for vehicles displaying a current state-issued hangtag or license plate. Drop-off and pick-up locations for guests are located along Capitol Street on the South side of the facility and Chicago Street on the North side of the facility for Arena events and on 17th Street on the East side of the facility for Omaha Music Hall and Mancuso Hall events. Accessible spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis so please plan accordingly. Please refer to the Directions/Parking section for a parking map, directions and more information.
Sign Language Interpreters
The Omaha Civic Auditorium is pleased to provide signed performances for our hearing-impaired guests for select Arena and Omaha Music Hall events. Interpretation services are not guaranteed for every event; however, we will make every effort to accommodate each request with appropriate advance notice, at least two (2) weeks prior to the event. Assistive Listening Devices (ALD)
The Omaha Civic Auditorium is equipped with a Assistive Listening System. Receivers are available for Arena events. Guests who are interested in this service should see a staff member to assist them. Guests will be required to leave valid identification such as a driver's license as collateral. This is a complimentary service.

Guests may also call the Nebraska Relay Center at 711. The Relay Center will then place the call to us and we will be happy to communicate through the relay service. In the Arena, a TTY phone is located at the Omaha Civic Auditorium Administrative Offices in near the South Lobby on the Event Level.
Service Animals/Guide Dogs
Service animals are welcome in the Omaha Civic Auditorium and will rest in the seating area of the guest, rather than in the aisle. We suggest that the individual have proof of certification or a license for the service animal. Please notify your ticket seller at the time of purchase so that an aisle seat may be selected for you to accommodate your service animal.
Emergency Evacuation Procedures
The Omaha Civic Auditorium staff have been properly trained in emergency evacuation procedures to ensure the safe evacuation of all guests, including those guests with disabilities, in the case of an emergency.
All restroom facilities at the Omaha Civic Auditorium are accessible.
The Omaha Civic Auditorium is equipped with elevators and ramps that access all public areas of the Arena, the Omaha Music Hall, the Exhibit Hall and the Mancuso Hall.
